Things are in full (moon) swing here at Crestwood House. Continuing with our “cycle of the werewolf” our second episode is hosted by Shawn and focuses on the AIP cult classic, I Was a Teenage Werewolf from 1957. Starring a young Michael Landon, the film is a unique entry in lycanthrope film history as it really plays around with the werewolf origins to a point where it almost breaks the genre conventions.
Join us as we discuss the unique style of acting, the crazy musical interlude, the impact this film has had on pop culture, and timing the release of the film to a certain issue of Playboy magazine featuring one of the young starlets of the movie.
